•  Key Responsibilities:

1. Work Planning and Task Assignment:

Develop work schedules and allocate tasks and responsibilities among the team to ensure efficient operations.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and implement fully integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, promoting data capture, and generating leads from both direct clients and the travel trade.

3. Marketing Material:

Oversee the design and publication of all marketing materials to support campaigns and activities.

4. Social Media:

Collaborate with the team to ensure the effective execution of social media strategies.

5. Content Creation:

Create and distribute newsletters and engaging social media posts to captivate our target audience.

6. Website Management:

Utilize your writing and editing skills to manage the company's website and social media marketing.

7. Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyse website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

• Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within the travel industry. However, candidates with similar marketing experience outside the industry will also be considered.

2. Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.

3. Creative thinking with innovative ideas to set the company apart in the competitive travel market.

4. Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns.

5. High energy levels and enthusiasm for taking on marketing challenges.
